You should not be driving the car in warm weather in stop and go traffic...
Two fuses are involved....#25 which is the raw large power to the fan motor....#22 which is control power to the time delay fan relay.
Both of these must be good....
If they are...then I would do the following...pull out both of them for now.....look for a black plastic time delay off relay which is clipped to the top edge wall of the engine well...just foward of the fuel filter...pull off the plug on the bottom of it...you will see two large yellow wires and a small black and small green/white wire. If you jump out the two large yellow wires power at this connector power from Fuse #25 will go directly to the temperature switch and cooling fan without the relay having to work....replace the fuses and try it again....jump out the temperature switch to test....
