check the cold start feature per Bentley like Kevin says.
While you wait for Bentley's manual and JCWhitney pressure tester, clean throttle body and meter plate. To do: take hose off between thottle body and filer housing. Its a 90deg elbow. Carb. cleaner, lint free cloth, and baby bottle clean(big pipe cleaner). Check that the meter plate is centerd and moves smoothly.
A MityVac from PepBoys, Autozone is indespensable in checking for vacuum leaks. Take hoses off of throttle body and check for vacuum. Either hose or diaphram at end of hose will be bad. Leading candidate will be charcoal canister diaphram.
When you order the Bentley's order a set of injector seals. 'Cause you should take the injectors out, clean carbon, and check there function. You will then have to renew the seals. The old seals are likely worn and 'leaky'.
Good luck,
Ed S
