If you feel like spending a Saturday in Boston, you could schedule an appointment with Allston Auto Tops. They are in Allston right near Commonwealth Ave./Boston University area. About a mile from the Mass Pike exit for Allston/Brighton. Then you could hop on the T and do the tourism thing for a day. That's what I did, those guys do Saab tops literally all the time and did a good job on my car 3 years ago. And the top quality is better than original. Cost was about $1100 which at the time was slightly less than the going rate, I got 3 estimates before I went ahead and did it. At the time, I lived in VT and one of the Saab dealers up there recommended I use those guys. Any upholsterers I could find in VT did mostly hot rod interiors and such and didn't want to deal with my car. Good luck.
