...at least in the sense of hp and 0-60, which seems to be the selling point of this car. I dislike it for the same reason I dislike the Viggen, and souped up Honda Civics. I think it's silly to try to make a FWD car perform that way.
I love the style of my C900, along with its highway performance, driveability, and compromise between performance and practicality. Big turbos and high horsepower require a number of other compromises when applied to a FWD vehicle, namely weight distribution and usually torque steer. The Viggen, for example, is heavily biased to the front in weight distribution...that's the only way to get the power to the road. It looks to me like this car would suffer the same compromises, plus it's style is lousy (imo) compared to a C900.
When I want a true turbocharged performance car, I'll buy a Porsche. Right now I'm happy with the Saab :-)
