injection valves? I did this just yesterday. Wanted to check integrity of my existing valves. Was surprised to see two of them spitting and sputtering at low loads when they should have been misting. A third was partially spitting. With that third one I was able to get it to mist after the proceedure described in various manuals about a full force flush. But in the end I exchanged all three suspect injectors with three perfectly misting ones. I was also surprised to see that after a flushing, the fuel in the container was slightly cloudy, and from which valve I don't know. I saved the flushed gas in a container, then looked at it the following day. Clear gas, with a dusting of superfine sediment on the bottom. If by this full force flush method I did a super job of dislodging sediments, I don't know if any product could do as good a job. Driving about today, I did notice a far smoother idle. With spitting and sputtering injector valves, that would explain some idling problems: a properly functioning ox sensor and ECU raising and lowering the pulse ratio in an attempt to compensate for too rich, too lean, too rich, too lean... all because of improperly injected and combusted fuel. Note: I only noticed the spitting and sputtering at low (idle +) loads.
