It should be tight at about 6 or 7 clicks on the handle. Adjustment is easy at rear wheels and takes about 5 minutes per side. Jack car and remove wheel. Then remove 14mm bolt from back of caliper to expose 4mm allen adjusting screw. Unhook brake cable from ebrake arm on back of caliper. Cable should not be pulling on arm when brake is released nor should there be excessive slack. Tighten the allen screw gently until you have just locked the rotor. Then back off the screw about 1/2 turn so that the ebrake arm moves about 3/8 inch before the pads grab the rotor. Replace the 14mm bolt and hook up the cable. If the cable is too loose, you can screw it into the threaded post inside the car up near the brake handle by twisting the cable down at the wheel.
