Wheel Spacers. Need advice!

Hey.. I'm ordering a set of 16" ENKEI RS5 wheels for my 89 900S. They have a +40 offset. JCWhitney offers spacers which have 1/4" thickness, which equals about 6.35mm. Reccommended offset for the c900 is around 30mm-34mm if I did my research correctly. After I throw those spacers on, I'm thinking I'll have about a 33.65mm offset. Does anyone see any problems with this? Any ideas? Let me know so I don't mess this up and have some serious rubbing. By the way.. I'm putting on 205/45/16s or 205/50/16s tires. Thanks alot!
Peace
Taylor
