connection on the apc soleniod. You should get 5-6#.If this checks out,your wastegate is set close to spec and is opperating ok. Next, disconnect and plug the line from the turbo-intercooler pipe to the apc soleniod and check boost. BE CAREFUL, because this disconnects the entire wastegate system, so boost could get VERY high. Don't floor it. If you get high (possibly deep into red) boost, you know the problem is not the turbo or the waste gate. Look for leaks or problems with apc system ie knock sensor, pressure transducer, temp sensor.
Before starting these checks, make sure the turbo check vale is ok, as excessive boost could damage seals in the engine if the checkvalve lets the pressure leak past into the crankcase.
