The fluid problem that probably caused your brake master problems is doing the same thing to your clutch, and before long your brake caliper pistons and clutch slave will suffer, too. Rebuild kits are available for both clutch and brake masters, but will not work if the cylinder walls are pitted from moisture in the brake fluid.
What I would do is take apart your brake master and inspect the cylinder bore for tiny pits that you can see with a bright light. If it's clean, try rebuild kits for both brake and clutch masters. When you reinstall, make sure you completely flush and replace all the old fluid. Carefully inspect the caliper pistons for leakage. Rebuild/replace if there is any seepage.
If you do see pitting on the brake master bore, I'd buy new or rebuilt brake and clutch masters, just to be safe.
