likely your heater control rod has been disengauged from the temp dial. remove your drivers side speaker and look through the windshield w/ a flashlight - reach in and see if the rod is disconnected. it has a swivel on the very end and a receptical w/ one flat side where it fits to the temp dial. move the temp dial from cold to hot til you feel it connect.
if the rod is attached, then the heater control valve has failed. it's on the other end of the rod. this is a bit more involved to replace. check it out and write back for more info if you have to do the valve.
