Antenna Wiring???

Hi guys, this board has helped me out so much in the past- hope you have some insight today! I broke my antenna a week ago by driving through the car wash. I got mad & pulled the antenna right out (white teethy cord & all). So everything is fine for a few days. Now my antenna motor runs ALL THE TIME- even when the car is off! I have pulled the fuse to turn it off.

I bought a new antenna mast today. I pulled the carpet away & looked at the wiring. I have Three wires coming from the antenna one red, one green, and one black. The black one is dangling there. It sparks when I touch it to metal (when the fuse is in of course).. It has a metal loopy thing on the end- like it screws into somehing. What does this connect to? It looks like it is supposed to connect to the bottom of the antenna motor thing. I also have a clear tube (water drain?) that connects to the antenna motor & then there is a blck tube in the fender not connected to anything. Does the black tube also connect to the antenna??? I really hope you guys know what I am talking about. I would hate to go to my mechanic again (can't afford it either).
