Blown coolant tank? What to do?

Well, I parked my 87 900S outside the movie theatre last night, minutes later, a huge green puddle underneath my car, running into the street. I moved the car because I was embarrased! When looked under the hood, the coolant was boiling and a small jet of coolant was spraying from the bottom back side of the tank. When I got out from the movie, the reservior was totally empty!!! I filled it up and made it home. It was just weird that the coolant was boiling, because the temp gauge was just over halfway up, maybe two-thirds. The car has gotten hotter than that before without incident-not too often, though :-). So what do I need to do? Is the tank my problem? If so, where to get a new one? BTW- The movie was good, and the girl I went to see it with was even better! Thanks-BJK
