I just wanted to discouage all Maine people on this board that drive 900 saabs not to take your Saab to Swedish Solutions in Portland Maine. I have had problems with my car every since I started taking my car there and I ahve been treated like shit. Well today was the end of taking my car there. 3 weeks ago I schduled an appointment to take my car in to have it looked at because the front end was messed upaand it had a bad idle and other things wrong with it from past experiences there. My appointment was for wednesday. I dropped the car off at 8 am and ended up late for my job. When I dropped the car off I was told it would be looked at in the am and they would give me a call. well no call all day so at 4 I called them they said they were backed up and would get to it the next morning. So it stays there over night and the next day at my lunch I call and I am told it hasn't been looked at and will be looked at in the next half an hour. That was at 12:30. I go over there at 4:30 the car hadn't been looked at. So I asked for my keys and tried talking to them but was blown off for a phone call. So I told him what I thought of having my car there for 2 days and not having jack done to it. Well I go out and get into it and the seat is moved around and the glovebox is open and all my stuff everywhere and grease all over the interior. I was mad and couldn't bring myself to go back in the place cuz I knew for sure I would fly off the handle. I am taking my car to Portland Saab in Falmouth. Labor costs the same and I think I will get a better repair for my money. I am just warning all you out there. The shop isn't what it is cracked up to be. It is your choice to go there but I strongly discourage it.
thanks for the time
Dylan
