OK -- there's definitely an easy way to do this.
On the passenger side of the car, best place to route the wires is through the rubber grommet near where the power steering reservoir is mounted. This is on the inner fenderwell, kind of under where the windshield is.
On your pictures, saabwiring0001 is the one that most clearly shows the bunch of wires in rubber tubes that go through to inside the car.
Just put the wires through there, and then fish around by the LH injection control box on the inside of the car (it's the silver box visible in the pass side footwell in your other pics). Be careful not to tear the rubber grommets or tubes or you might get unwanted noise, dirt, water inside the car.
Then, you'll want to take the black sill protector up and run the wires under the carpet to the rear seat. I personally took out my pass side seat to do this so that I could run the wires along a more protected route. Be careful not to pinch your new wires when remounting the door sill plate.
This is how I've got my amps and alarm system wired FYI. Good luck!
