Just remove the drivers side speaker grille (torx screws - use the little bits in your tool kit in the trunk or a socket set). reach down in and feel around for that light bulb - also look from the outside thru the windshield first. grab hold and twist to remove it. it may act stuck but just keep trying. its a 3 watt sylvania bulb. you can get the whole bulb and socket from the dealer or just firmly pull the bulb out of its socket and push a new one from any car parts store in and reuse the socket. Don't use a 5 watt. May want to do the other one while your at it.
