I assume you mean the rear seatback.
At the bottom of the rear seatback on the sides are two shafts that stick out, and ride in U-shaped sheetmetal. That's how the seatback folds up and down. Originally I beleive there is some plastic on those shafts, but it wears away over time. I cured my 'chirp' by wrapping some teflon tape around the shafts where the fit into the U.
