If you have a bit of patience you can remove the 'rocker' piece from the rest of the switch and flop it to the original's orientation. You have to be careful not to disturb the 2 brass contact holders as they are free to pivot and have a notch to orient them between positions. If you do mess up it is really easy to pull that part of the switch assembly apart by gently lifting each slot off its tang (there are 4 of them) placing the brass pieces back in and carefully snaping it all back together after one last check to make sure the rocker is oriented correctly - if not repeat the above!! 5 minutes tops. Once you have done that to the new switch, take the old one apart (if it still physically in one piece, i.e., no broken plastic bits), clean the contacts with some scotch brite and reassemble, you now have a spare!
