I could be wrong, but I believe that's normal. My car does that too, and I just had a full tune up, my AMM is fine, no vacuum leaks. I've heard that the slight fluctuation in idle is the APC computer calculating and recalculating the fuel mixture - alternating between a little rich and a little lean. 800-850 sounds about right. You've got a sophisticated car, you'll notice some things on it that you wouldn't in an econobox designed for minimum worry. I think old Saabs were designed with a maximum worry factor - but they also have a maximum fun factor. Keep Saabing.
