You could make them yourself by getting hold of the instrument face (from a wreckers perhaps?) Scanning the the face on a desktop scanner, putting the image into photo-editor, converting to black & white, removing any unwanted markings and making the edges clearer...

You will need to invert the image (so that the black goes to white and white to black - you need to convert the normal image to black/white first, and then generate a negative of the image...

Then, go down to a local office supply shop and get some glossy vinyl, self adhesive A4 paper (like what they use for stickers) and run it through a laser printer for good results - you will also need to paint the hands on the gauges with a very thin artist's brush black so that the orange dials don't look silly :)

You can fit the stickers over the dials if you exercise extreme care and cut the holes with a hand held hole punch (works VERY well) -
Score lines from the holes to the edges with a sharp knife - these will be your tear lines so that you can remove the backing when you put the sticker on.

You will need to move pretty much everything to the 12:00 position (including the clock :P) and sticking the bottom first by putting the sticker over the gauges with the backing still on, and peeling off the backing against itself - this will allow you to line up the bottom of the sticker with the bottom of the guage cluster and get all of your alignment correct.

If you take a scan, be sure to put the artwork on the web so others can do this as well...

Cheers
