I think that the only place to get an official one is through the dealer ... if there are any left. That will, of course be the original color so it won't match the color of the headliner you have in the car now. IIRC it's something like $125 for the piece.
The alternative is to get it done by an auto upholstry shop who should be able to come up with something close to the color of the headliner that's in the car now. Here's a link to the FAQ. There's a section that deals with doing the headliner for the sunroof. The caveat is that the foam-backed fabric generally available is 1/4" thick instead of the approx. 1/8" foam-backing that was originally there.
