I don't know if this will help as I am pretty new to Saab's but I was having a intermittent problem with my boost guage after I had driven and the car had warmed up. Then one day after driving my guage was not working at all. I started tracing the vacuum hose and found where it went under the expansion tank, I took the bolt out that holds the tank down and removed the line and found that it had been getting flatened as the tank warmed up and expanded thus cutting off the signal. I rerouted the hose and no more problems with the guage ,it actuall responds much faster now. Hope this helps some as I have gotten a lot of help from this board so far.

- If boost needle doesn't move, you've got a vac leak. First, Tcar, Tue, 31 Jul 2001 14:59:33
