Some pads just squeal more than others. Did you replace the anti-rattle springs? Did the pads come with anti-squeal compound, and did you use it?
Squeal is caused by the pads actually vibrating as you apply pressure. This can be caused by the brake pad material, how the edge of the pads are cut, and a whole host of other issues. The solution is to keep the pads from vibrating.
One solution is to use anti-squeal compound on the pads. You can buy this at most autoparts stores. I've seen it come as a spray, and in a tube. It's a sticky goop, and it GOES ON THE BACK OF THE PAD!!. Sorry for shouting, but I've seen folks put it on the face of the pads, and it ain't pretty. The purpose is to damp out vibration. Pull the pads, put the stuff on, (sometimes you need to let it dry - see the directions on the package) and put them back in. This usually works.
If it doesn't, and the noise is driving you nuts, try pads from a different manufacturer.
