if there is no fuel pressure, it is probably the pump or the relay. It could be that the FI computer is not turning on the fuel pump because it is toast or that a fuse is blown. Also, I think that if a hall sensor is bad, it could drive the 'whole shootin match' and the relay would not turn on either. No start checks are pretty easy and are on the link. Make sure that all fuses are in good shape. If it is the pump, it is an 85.00 - 100 USD affair, but needs to be adapted to the old fuel basket. The 400.00 price is for a complete fuel basket which would not be necessary IF it is the pump. To check to see if the relay is good, find the relay under the dash next to the LH ECU (under carpet RHS). Make a short jumper wire and jump the fuel pump relay socket (pin #30 to pin #87)
