Yes, thanks a lot for the info, you are right, the car stop like its crashed somewhere or something, but its a dead stop with this frightening sound. and also one thing i noticed was that, even if im not in any gear, (neutral in my manual graebox), the same sound occurs. and sometimes, it doesnt even occur, and sometimes the sounds there with all its sound. Do let me know how much it would be to fix it (aound how much since i have no clue about cars..:) and also if i can live with it like Bill said? anyway, i dont wanna spend much. also anders, do let me know if it could be a problem with the brakes, since i know they are much cheaper ?
