getting air/fuel checkengine light codes and driving poorly- help

89 900T 1apc 24lb injectors 3.0fpr
i am getting codes 12111,12112 oxygen sensor self-compensating circuit problem(incorrect air/fuel ratio at idle and while driving.
amm checked out ok and ecu checked ok(i hope)
new things on car: vac lines,bov,02 sensor(ford)
bently says to check for:
air fuel leaks....where would it leak?
02 sensor pre-heater circuit and sensor ouput??? what is this?
check ELCD system
check fuel pressures----could it be my fuel pump going bad? can that take place over time? or do they go right out? and if it is my pump would that cause the incorrect air/fuel ratio?

any help would be greatly appreciated
