That is a good price for the car if it runs good, and the body is in good shape.
Open the hood and check the frame, if it’s been in a lot of snow the salt will eat through the frame on the main front.
Make sure the trans shifts smooth and does not jump out of gear. Engine and trans. Oil leaks.
Bottom line: For that kind of money if the engine and trans are good you can use the car for parts! Start the engine and go back to the tail pipe and make sure it’s not making any cow bell sounds, if so engine could be going bad.
