Any good tire/wheel shop should be able to get the proper offset by looking in their book!
Size wise, whatever you want. Either way, 7 in width is the MAX you should go & depending on the dia of the wheel, 6 or 6.5 would be better.
These are the choises I would look at
15x6-7 195-60-15
16x6-6.5 205-50-16 or 205-45-16
17x6-7 205-40-17 or 215-40-17
18x7 225-35-18
Tire wise it depends on what you want. Depending on the wheel dia can change the tires available, especially under a limited budget. Presently I have 225-35-18 Yokohama Parada's on my 88 SPG & they are definantly the best set of tires I have ever had. There are lots available & you need to determine which size rim you want first :o)
