Vac leaks are a pain to find, and can be maddening when you can't pin them down.
Get a MityVac handheld vacuum pump from your local parts store - about $40 & worth it. With this tool you can test all the vac lines under the hood to ensure that they're holding vac. On the turbo bypass valve, it also needs to hold pressure - the MityVac that I have measures only vacuum, but there may be models that measure both. Without it, try blowing on the vac line to the bpv. Having just recommended the MityVac, you can also do a pretty good job just by removing each line from its respective component and sucking on it to test.
If you don't sort out the leak with this method, buy a propane torch for about $15 bucks. Search this board for more info on that, and read the thread below...
