If they are the 'friction fit' they slide inside the window track and should be held by their shape. If they are 'glued on' then get some clear GOOP from any Auto Parts place and using the end of a toothpick spread a thin film of goop along the loose portion. Hold the vent to the frame for a while until the GOOP sets (arrange some form of clamping over the top of the door frame before you start or you will get tired standing there with various fingers pushing on the various 'new GOOPed' locations!). Alternatively you could totally remove the vent, clean off the old adhesive and use special double-sided tape (at the Auto Parts store) made for this purpose - GOOP allows a closer vent to car seal!
