this past week the odo on my little turbo baby turned over to 209,000, but i recently looked throught he car's repair history and this is odo #3. the previous two broke around 33,000, so she actually was turning over around 275,000!! how many other cars out there do you know that will still look this good (let alone drive) have the gauges and windows still work! admittedly, she has had extensive a/c reworking, but still original compressor, new right inner driver, repaired headliner, new steering rack, new right rear wheel bearing, new crank pulley and o ring seal, recent ignition control module replacement, and a few other little things. but she is on the original turbo, original tranny. in fact (this was purchased by me from original owner)i don't even see where the clutch has ever been replaced. i find it VERY hard to beleive that, but the previous owner had all the paparwork back to warranty services break in services. at 275k, i can outrun and outhandle MOST 2001 cars!!
CONGRATS on owning one of the finest and most UNDERAPPRECIATED cars in the world!
