Window Question

My Drivers side window (power) does not go all the way up. Smooth operation going up until last 2 inches, where the window bucks and refuses to go up any further. I can pull the window up by hand the rest of the way but would prefer to have the motor do the entire job. I also notice that the window appears not to be going up level. It actually starts slide backwards and overlap the rear window more than usual. Appears that the aft part of the window is not going up and is sliding to rear instead of going up all the way. Is there a way to check and adjust the tracks? Possible remedies appreciated in advance. Tom
