The boost gauge is probably not working because the vacuum line between the intake manifold and the gauge (& pressure sensor) has fallen off the vacuum nipple. Look on the side of the intake manifold, roughly in line with the oil filter. There will probably be a nipple with nothing on it. Reattach the line and the gauge should work.
The stumble on acceleration is probably from a vacuum leak. See above but mindful that there may be other leaks.
Acceleration from a dead stop on stock c900Ts is rarely spectacular. The programming for the APC and the dynamics of a turbocharger setup make it really kick in around 2800 and 3K RPM.
