Now is a good time to do most of the job. Lowers are easiest, since you'll have the spindles out for balljoints. Unbolt the bushing brackets, remove the A-arms and pull the bushings off the A-arm rods. The hard part is pulling the bushing off, if it's frozen on the A-arm rod. Soak the bushing/A-arm rod junction with penetrant and pry/pull the bushing off. Heat may help, as may a good whack. The upper passenger side bushings are the next easiest. Normally the uppers are done with the car on the ground, but with the springs out, you can do them when the front end is apart. Keep track of the spacer locations when you unbolt the brackets and I'd do one at a time(like you do with the car on the ground). On the uppers, you do not remove the A-arm. Removing the bushing is harder here since you have less room. Use penetrant and sometimes grabbing the bracket verrrry tightly with a big vice grip and pounding on the wrench will pop the bushings off. Driver side uppers are the toughest. Front is not too bad, but to get the rear, you really should remove the A/C compressor, alternator and oil filter to get reasonable access. I did it when i was replacing the engine mount down there and alternator bushings, so all the stuff had to come out anyway. Even then, it's tough especially if the bushing is frozen on. I would do all lower bushings, the passenger side uppers, and the front driver side. Think twice about the upper rear driver side, unless you also want to do the alternator bushings and motor mount.
