An easy way to tell if a drivers going bad is to:
get the car on jack stands, crawl under it and grab the drivers with yourhand, push and pull on them, If there is movement, you could have a problem. another way to tell, peel out, if your front wheels bouce on the ground your drivers are worn.
Ben 88s on 3rd engine, 83t dead, 80t sold for $100 with no reverse still running strong.
