Tighten the little nut on the back of the gauge (6mm???) You can reach it through the speaker hole. Also check the ground under the console on the side of the shifter/ignition switch housing...any voltage potential difference between that point and your battery ground? If so, you need to address the main ground location. Additional ground wires to other ground points might help as suggested in the other post.
