I bought a 90 SPG shortly after the head gasket was changed. I noticed the same thing on mine 3000 miles later! I just got a new oil return gasket at the dealer to the tune of $2 or $3, and was going to figure out how to do it when I change the oil next time. I'd be curious if it's a simple as:
1. drain oil
2. remove bolts on return line & remove old gasket
3. wipe all surfaces clean
4. put the new gasket in place
5. put back the bolts and torque back to spec
Is there still oil in the turbo?
Do I need any chemicals/adhesives for the gasket?
What's the torque value?
Any other things I'd need to know to do the job?
Oh, I also have some oil around the cylinder 4 exhaust manifold bolt. I am probably going to twist the bolt a bit and see what happens. Is this a good or bad idea?
