to fit an open air element in the inner fender,a hole will have to be cut-this has been done before w/ good sucess & Speedparts swe. actually sells JR filter kits w/ the info it must be mounted in inner fender by "tafficator"...to mount a 9k i/c-tow hooks must be cut from rad. support member...if i was a purist,i'd be content w/ a stock turbo, but from previously owning a "breathed upon" 16v turbo-i know the capacity for successful tuning & i know exactly where i'm taking it-i may be stung w/ a lighter wallet, but now its obsession...i'm just glad at the level of saab aftermarket support & all the hardcore headz fiddlin' with these quirky classics!...the great resource of Saabnet has been one of my most useful tools for info & advice-saabon!
