Alignment specs different from stock are a way to improve the handling performance of your car. Unless your tires are shot and the suspension is bad, stock height and stock tire size will benefit from slight altered alignment. Stay with the just a hair of toe in. Less castor will give you more responsive steering - often described by those who want the car to go straight without any attention as " your car is so twitchy - It wants to go all over the road" I like it this way, I want quick response - and I want to drive my car. Some negative rather than positive camber does a similar thing - and improves tire performance in cornering. I am running .05" toe in each side, .5 degrees neg. camber each side, and .75 degrees pos. castor each side on my '76 99EMS with 195-55 V rated Michelins and I love the way it responds. I have had a similar set on my '87 900T for years, and I think my tire wear is better than with stock settings - less noticeable outside edge wear in the front. If you want to be able to cruise the highways with one finger on the wheel - stay with stock settings. But if you want more enjoyable driving try the slightly more agressive settings.
