Hey Jordan:
Thanks for that wealth of info but, are you certain that I can't simply exchange the HUBS between a 87' 900 Base & a 86' 900S without such a complex procedure? I have a 87' 900 8V/Base & a 88' 900 16V/Turbo (both Parts Cars). The calipher/rotor sets are the same (solid frt & rear) as well as the bias! The 87' HAS the HUBS with the Bolt On 22 slot teardrop rims,(actually both do). As I have 8 of these rims to my avail & they're in better shape than the ones on the 86' I'd prefer to simply swap out the 86/lug rims...
I've already swapped from the 88T: Tan leather seats & carpeting, new H/liner, all new vacuum lines & hoses, Turbo steering wheel, dash cover WITHOUT CRACKS, centered dome lamp & cleaned-up valve cover & caskets.
I was considering swapping the bumpers/lights/grill/fender wraps for the updated look but that a put-down to the 86'; what do you think??
