Crazy idle problem

i have been having the same problem for a while now too. after doing alot of research i have come up with this. the problem is:
1. a faulty Air Mass Meter (where at cold start the AMM is SUPPOSE to measure temperature of air entering intake and regulate idle speed, then after the engine warms up the O2 sensor takes over to regulate)
2. the engine temperature sensor is faulty (at a cold start the sensor is telling the fuel injection computer that the car is warm, thus making it idle harder than it should)
3. a short vaccume leak (a vaccum leak would make the car idle high all the time because it is getting to much intake then what is being measured by the AMM, if this is the case it should be easy to fix.)

if this does not help any then the problem is mind boggeling and you should seek a professional saab mechanic. good luck.
