Besides the short hops to pick up the occasional parts car I have towed the following routes with my turbo 900.
Florida to northern Minnesota towing an 86 spg
New york to Minnesota towing an 85 turbo[thru NYC and Chicago]
Newport News VA to New York towing an 87 900 TC[thru DC and NYC]
Cleveland to Northern Minnesota nonstop with the top down towing a Volvo 740 turbo[that was hairy]
Add to that 4 Volvo towing Volvo runs to and from NY to Minnesota
and I 150 mile run towing a Volkswagen Camper bus with my Volvo 760 turbo wagon with a rebuilt engine with 12 miles on it.
Sure I could have payed someone to move the cars around but that would have cost me far more than I have in to my car...Besides it would't have been nearly as much fun<wicked grin>.
