I believe the RRFPR comes set at 44 psi with engine idling and hose to fpr disconnected which drops to between 36.75 psi(2.5BAR)and 41(3.0BAR) with the hose connected. You can tweak the hose off reading from 44psi to 51psi without risk to over-rich mixture according to SPG9. I tried the range between 44 and 51psi and found no seat of pants or knock sensor difference with the 24lb injectors. I ended up setting the regulator back to 44psi with the hose disconnected and am getting 30 mpg with mostly highway driving. Boost is approx 15psi and I avoid knock sensor pulsing with sonoco 94, while with 93 octane, I get some knock sensor pulsing. I have not tried higher base pressure with 93 octane, but perhaps that would reduce the knock sensor induced boost pulse.
Re the AMM(mine is non-adjustable013, yours is an 005), I put a 0-500 ohm variable resistor in my AMM to ECU circuit and found that with the 24 lb injectors the mixture was leaned out too much with any additional resistance. I think that this mod is really meant for adapting 30lb and greater injectors with h2o injection. With yours, i would hook up a digital voltmeter to the O2 sensor and fiddle with the AMM screw to get the voltage/mixture at approx 0.8-0.9 volts at WOT. The AMM resistances under 380 are already on the rich side and you might end up being able to run a higher resistance in the 500-700 ohm range with the 24lb injectors and still not be too lean. Result will be better gas mileage with no loss in performance.
