First, get the right kind. I use NGK BCK7EVs (remembering off the top of my head). Some are designed to work better in stop and go, better on freeways, etc. Next, get yourself some anti-seize gunk and some dielectric grease, a torque wrench and a plug gap gauge.
Pull the plug cover on the engine. If you have an dust gun like for a computer, you might want to use that now to clear out any dirt or grit to prevent it from getting into the cylinders. Pull off the plug wire for the first cylinder, do them ONE AT A TIME so you don't mess up the ordering.
Break loose the plug with a regular socket wrench. If they've been there for a while with no anti-seize, they might be a real pain. Be careful and apply downward force on the socket to prevent stripping the threads. Gap the new plugs to spec (see your Bentley) and put a little anti-seize on the lower threads of the new plug and hand seat the plug. Don't use the wrench until you need to. Torque the plugs to spec, put a little dielectric grease on the ceramic part of the plug, replace the wire and repeat for the other cylinders. Good luck!
