Hi Hans. The hose is available from the dealer or some of this site's sponsors for ~$50. As Cliff said, getting the clutch end out may require a clutch line tool but I have removed them using an ordinary open-end wrench after first removing the bleed nipple completely.
The other end of the line is attached to the clutch master cylinder buried underneath the brake master cylinder. When installing the new line, I recommend loosening the clutch master cylinder bolts first. They are located at the top of the clutch pedal and are accessed from inside the car after bending the heater duct down. Getting the master cylinder loose makes threading the new line into the master cylinder much easier.
Once the new line is in you will need to bleed the clutch, search the archives for more info. Good luck.
