If all (solicitations) fails, the lower mounts are hidden by the louver so you could make them yourself. Cut two triangular pieces of sheetmetal (aluminum or stainless), curve edge to match lower hatch window. Make a depression in the metal and a hole (from the back) for a 3/4" or 1" stainless machine bolt w/ flat, flared end (ie flush bolt/screw). Put the bolt through the hole from the bottom (depressed side) and thread a nut on the upside of it to secure the bolt on the sheetmetal bracket. Add a cap nut or lock nut to the end of the bolt (this is to mimic the OEM bracket post which is tapered to hold the clip down) that the louver clip slides to lock.
maybe I should get back to work...
