I think I got mine for less from Saab Savior (TSN sponsor) last week when I bought my silicone vacuum line. On a 1990 SPG there are 4 such bushings to worry about: 3 on intake manifold and 1 on valve cover.
They are not screwed in, they just pop in. I used a pair of pliers to grab the lip of the bushing and pulled. It may take some force and wiggling as they tend to stick a bit. They have a little lip to help hold them in, so that will take a bit of tugging, too. Pretty easy, though!
