In addition to the good suggestions from Dave and RS, I would clean your throttle body, butterfly with carb spray and a toothbrush. Clean out AIC valve with carb spray and finish with a shot of wd40. Actually before you clean the AIC, give it a light whack with a screwdriver handle and see if your idle settles down. If so, you have found a culprit. Clean it and anyway and you still might get a few months out of it.
Check your hooter valve for leaks. Suck on the vacuum hose that goes from the intake down to the cylindrical gizmo stuck in the turbo hose located a foot or so below the distributor. if it doesn't hold vacuum, get a new one from sobstory.
Clean connections on AMM with contact cleaner. BTW, if your idle swings are bad when cold but settle down when warm, that's a clue for an AMM starting to go. get rebuilt one from sobstory
Get a digital voltmeter and check you O2 sensor. Both heater circuit 12 volts(2 wires), and sensor single wire (Swings back and forth from 0.2 to 0.9 volts 50%of time above 0.5v and 50% below).
That will keep you busy for a while!!! Don't give up, you will fix it and be very satisfied with your success.
