You can do this yourself with some risk. Worse case, you will have to repaint a larger portion of the wheel due to learning curve. Anyway, in all likelyhood, the wheels are painted the color of the Wurth wheel paint that Griot's garage sells separately or as part of a refinishing kit with primer, paint and clearcoat. You can order the paint from them or try to match with paint from a chainstore. If you don't have a Dremel tool, now is the excuse to get one. They come with an assortment of grinders, sanders and buffers.
Prep is the key...degrease and dewax with 3M paint prep. Then grind or sand the scrapes out as appropriate with dremel and hand sand to get it smooth with about up to 400 wet paper. Watch for gouging with the dremel, tread lightly. Tape off the good part of the wheel and the tire(better if tires aren't mounted) to avoid overspray. Prime with two or three coats depending on how well you prepped, and between primer coats, sand by hand with wet 600 or even 800. Then two or three coats of silver paint, sanding with wet 800 to blend with good part of wheel. Finish with a few coats of clearcoat. Be sure to release paint can button at the end of each stroke and watch for blobs at cap orifice, which find their way to the wheel. Take your time and you'll be very satisfied with your work. By the second wheel, you'll be a pro, and maybe you only have to do two. If you get tired, take a break. Whenever I'm tired, I get impatient and screw it up, but you can always do over.
