There are four mounts, two at top and two at bottom. Top mounts are flat plates that have an edge that slips under glass rubber at top, these mounts have two threaded studs each that the louver hinges mount to. At the bottom corners there are two additional plates that have a machined stud that the latch clips secure to. I have seen two versions of the lower mounts, one that is just adhered to the glass and another that has an edge that goes under the rubber like the top mounts. My mounting technique: Attach all mounts to the louver, lay it on the glass and with tape stuck to the glass mark locations for the mount plates so the louver is centered in all directions on the glass [ even gaps to edges all around ] This is sort of a pain as it is hard to get the tape on around the louver while holding it, but effort and pain now pays off in a nice centered mount. Once you have locations down you can mount the plates without the louver attached and then reattach the louver after mounting is complete. The comment about getting the shape of the plates right so they sit tight to the glass is right-on. This also is a real pain but worth the effort. I have used double stick mounting tape in the past and not been fully satisfied - it has come loose and looks bad from the inside. I will use silicone adhesive sealant in the future. I figure I can trim what comes out around the edges and have a clean tight mount that won't look like pieces of foam tape from inside.If you have the lower mounts that go under the edge of the rubber make sure to seal well - I created a significant water problem when I did not seal them well - the gasket would fill with water and then run out on the back of the seat when the hatch was up.
