Many auto paint suppliers can load up a spray can with custom mixed colors for a modest fee. Just tell them what your paint code is and whether it's a clear-coat system. You can also get small "Preval" sprayers that do pretty much the same thing. Neither will be as good as a regular spray gun, but may do an acceptable job for some items.
If you get a pint of custom mix from the paint supplier, you can also daub or brush on paint to repair small areas. Use an artist's brush of an appropriate size.
Getting a good match with surrounding paint can be difficult, particularly if the paint has a metallic flec in it. Usually, you'll end up painting the whole panel (door, hatch, etc.) or portion of the panel bounded by trim or other rational stopping places.
To get it to look half-way decent, you'll have to fill any imperfections, wet sand with 600 w/d sandpaper, prime, sand again, and then spray with the color coat and clear coat (if used). In the end you may decide that it looks worse than what you had to begin with.
